"The apartment was pretty much perfect for us. Nicely thought out, airy, decent bed and sofa, reliable wi-fi and lovely views from the balcony. You could sit in the sun and have breakfast on one side of the apartment, then switch to the larger terrace on the other side for the sun in the afternoon. Lovely and quiet, effective aircon and it’s in a great, friendly neighbourhood. Easy walk to the trams, buses and main train station."

"The elevator in the building is very tiny, old, and has the risk of getting stuck as was communicated with a paper in French hanging in the elevator. Due to that, we walked up 6 floors every day, which is quite a workout! We didn't mind too much; it was either taking the stairs, or taking a very small elevator with the risk of getting stuck. The choice was easy for us :) It was a pity we didn't meet the host, we had to do self check-in and check-out."

"The bijoux apartment was perfect for our needs-a 12 min easy walk from the station and a little longer to the seafront. It was charming bright airy and the small balconies added to the enjoyment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size with a good shower. The area was quiet and there were lovely views of Nice along with a distant view of the sea from the larger balcony. The host was very helpful quick to respond to any queries. We would certainly recommend!"

"Excellent host who was able to get the apartment ready for our early arrival as the previous guests left early. The apartment isn't large but what an excellent use of the space and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was by far the best terrace we've had in any of the apartments we've stayed in, in Nice. It is near the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and Nice Ville station so easy access to get around and to go out of Nice. Lovely walk to the sea and from there to the old town. Boulangerie and supermarket round the corner. We would 100% stay again."
